Post subject:  Remove/add prefix for a customer

Hi All,
I am new to A2Billing.
Our clients doesnt want to dial the country code(the country they stay in) when they make Local calls, just like Normal PSTN phones.

For Eg,
If they call to 08043940888, the A2Billing should remove "0" and add "81" to send "818043940888" to the A-Z Termination.

I need to do this for a set of customers, How can I do this?

Regards,
Ben

Hi

This should work for you in the agi-conf

Quote:
Option Local Dialing local_dialing_addcountryprefix yes Add the countryprefix of the user in front of the dialed number if this one have only 1 leading zero

It takes the country prefix from the customer's address, and relies on the fact that you dial one leading 0 for a national call.

I think you can do it in your agi confgi
System Settings - > Global list -> agi-conf1 (or agi-confX) X if you have more than one so go to that one you want to replace
Look for
Option Local Dialing local_dialing_addcountryprefix No Add the countryprefix of the user in front of the dialed number if this one have only 1 leading zero
That might solve your problem.
let me know if it worked for you

Hi All,
THanks for the information...
I could make it....

I would be happy if I get any manuals for A2Billing as the Online Manual doesnt work in the A2Billing site...
