no voice

hi all,
i need to ask about a2billing sound
i connect a2billing with asterisk with extenssion number 1422, but when i try to call that extenssion, what i get is nothing the call initiated and after a few secons it hangs up

/var/log/asterisk/full may give you a clue as to debugging the system.

after how many seconds 0.20 ?

i make some dialplan, but it seems not working
now it gives me error message
