Is it possible to attach agi-conf1/2/3 etc to the account number instead of extension? using 1 extension to hit the prompt to enter account number, where some accounts use agi-conf1 and some use agi-conf2 therefore after entering the account number(after authentication) the system will them pull the matching conf1/2 settings? |

Hi The agi-conf used is controlled by the route of entry into A2Billing, not by the customer who is making the call. e.g. a call accessing by DID could go into one AGI where the balance is read out, and the customer is prompted for a number to call, whereas the VoIP customer is registered to a different context which allows to the call to go straight out with out having the balance read out.
