Hi

I am stiil quite new to asterisk and a2billing. I have lots of customers with multiple phone numbers but they all get charged the same line rental whether its 1 number or loads. Can anyone tell me how I would add a monthly charge to a customer for line rental. Some only do pbx to pbx calls so don't even have a phone number just an extension and I need to charge them each month automaticaly too.
