Four month ago I was able to have a 1.4 server operation for test purpose. After three months of exhausting testing the server perform beautiful and meet expectations. A2billing well done developed with a lot of features.

I decide to go with a production 1.6 server but I having some issues that I was able to fix on my 1.4 server. I import my rate on the following format [011][country code] for countries that need it and [1][area code] for USA, Canada and the Caribbean. I do not need the city code because I am planning to give free minutes per card not matter of country, so rate table should be at the country level.

I tested this on 1.4 and work correctly. I was able to simulated and make calls within the interval assigned. Now on 1.6 I import the same .cvs file but I can simulate any rate nor make phone calls.

Any suggestion how to fix this little issue?
