 Post subject: Choose the rate card based on the country

Hi I am using using A2billing 1.4 and I have two terminations for use. Now I need to use one termination for selected countries and the other for the rest of the countries.
I tried to enter DNID , but I am not sure about the format .

Can any one kindly let me know the procedure to set the termination for selective countries?
