hi to all
we're currently offering virtual prepaid pinless calling cards.
the problem that we're having, we want customers to go to
any agent to refill their cards. with the current settings,
agent can only refill customers that they have created.
is it possible to have agent refill any customer even those
they have not created.
we don't mind paying money to get that feature.

As a workaround, the agent could sell vouchers to the customer.

In respect of your feature change, this is another matter. The basic premise is that the agent who signs up the customer gets the commission, who gets the commission in your scenario?

the voucher option could be good.
agent creates voucher and sells it to customer, agent account
gets debited for voucher amount.
since we only do prepaid, we set the service that way:
agent buys for $200, we add $240 to his account.
that way any agent can sell to any customer and still makes money.
