I have a question and a suggestion.

Do administrator level passwords require some particular specifications or method of entry? I entered new passwords into root, but I got locked out. I also created a new administrator with a new password, and couldn't get in that way either.

Is a shutdown required after a password change, or do I have something a bit "off" somewhere.

My suggestion is to have two places for a password and to do a match before committing the password. I am sure I did not make a typo, but hesitate to change pw's because of the possibility of an issue.

a2b 1.7.0
PIAF 1.7.5.5.2
PHP 5.2

Thank you,

Rob

Don't make the passwords too long, there seems to be an issue with really long passwords.

I tried a short password and that does work when I change it, but there is another issue.

I created an agent with the same password that worked, but a different name. When I go to the agent login page and log in the new agent, I get a message saying the agent doesn't have access.

Any ideas?

Make sure you have selected areas that he has access to.

Now I do have access to the agent section. I don't know what turned it on. The a2billing header is showing up at the bottom. Any ideas why?
