Hi,

Have you checked your cron jobs to make sure they are running?
I'm assuming that you have a price for the DIDs configured in [INBOUND DIDs]

Hi,
I know you said you posted the request for help before, but unfortunately I don't have the details of your setup. It would help if we know what version of A2Billing you're using, etc.
Anyhow, You should have the DID setup with a price per month. You would then assign it to a user or the user can pick it from the customer interface, if setup correctly.
If you're using Webmin (highly recommended for new linux users), you can go to System -> Scheduled Cron Jobs where you can see the settings in almost plain English.

The script should be in: ../a2billing/Cronjobs/a2billing_bill_diduse.php
The cron jobs should be in /var/spool/cron.

Be very careful editing those files.

Good luck

RobinA.
