Dear, I am using a2bill 1.4.2 with asterisk 1.6. sometimes my customers have negative credit about -20$. there isn't any recur service.and this negative is not reasonable for customers, how can I prevent it? |

Hi it would depend on the type of customers, I imagine if you are getting this amount of negative credit, you must be allowing concurrent calls, thus using dial balance reservation in the agi-conf would assist here. Joe |
