I want to round up call duration to next minute but seems does not work. On my rate i have the below setting for each prefix
SELLRATE MIN DURATION 60 SELLRATE BILLING BLOCK 60 ROUNDING CALLTIME 60 ROUNDING THRESHOLD 60
But after i make a test call and login to customer to check the "call duration" that was placed, i see that the actual call duration is billed instead of round up minutes.
For example: If my test call is 00:13 it show on customer portal 00:13 and does not round it up to 01:00
I tried with Access Number and SIP client application and got the same result.
Please advice.
