Hello ,

I installed a2billing and it working well but all the customer calls is ringing although the number called is switched off/ not existed also no display the announcement of my provider sip. please help me it s urgent. U use v2.0.5. Need taht a2biling and asterisk send the sip standard response

Hi

Remove the R and the r from the dialcommand parameter in the agi-conf

Thanks a bundle for your help. I have another problem may be the asterisk or a2billing lose the callerid from time to time. how can i remove using the message of please enter your pin code. if you have any suggestion just help me to resolve this problem. Thanks

Hi

Whether or not the prompt for the caller ID is played depends on the settings in the agi-conf.

As to whether the caller ID is being correctly delivered for each call will take more investigation.

Hi

Difficult to know what you are doing wrong without looking at your server.

Also, if you title a post "Urgent" and it really is urgent, commercial support can be purchased athttp://www.star2billing.com/consultancy/general-support/.

My best guess for the current issue, without looking at your system, is that maybe you are answering the call, and you shouldn't be.

Hi

A2Billing will allow you to put in your own SMTP server details, this is under System settings.

Your SMTP server can be an external server, e.g. your company mailserver, or it could be Postfix or Sendmail etc, on your A2Billing server.

thank you for your quick response, I made a change under system setting by activating Smtp adding the user and password but i don t know why the send the emails by using the name of my server. thank you
