 Post subject: I think it is a bug I might be wrong.

I have created an Agent and put 0.20 as commission and added 10.00 to the account and from the agent Portal I created a customer and added 5 dollars to the account. when I make a call the balance of the customer is reduced but the agent amount is still 10.00 am I doing something wrong.
Any help would be appreciated.

I just want to know if anyone else is having the problem. or if I am not using it correctly.
