Hi

I currently have two customers setup. They are identical except for the following parameter (and of course, name, etc..)

Cust A:
payment type=prepaid
permitted modif by mail = yes

Cust B:
payment type=postpaid
permitted modif by mail = yes

both have enable expiry=no, expirydate 2019, expiry days 0

Twice, I found out that customer A had lost it balance - He was at 8-9eur (defautl currency of the system) in the evening, and next morning, at zero or close to zero....

Any ideas ? would that be a normal scenario ?

many thanks,

Jean

It would be normal if you had configured a recurring service, subscription, or a DID with monthly rental for that customer. Does Billing -> Charges give any clues? Or any of the other reports?

not much there....
I've checked in billing:
- transactions, billings : empty
- refills: show the refill I've done for this customer - refill type=amount
- payments - only one, that is linked to a refill - the refill that I did this afternoon does not appear there
- epayment logs , charges : empty

what surprises me is that the call record dont show any usage either.

i will try again tonight !

customer balance remained untouched overnight... I'll update this thread if this happens again.

many thanks,

Jean
