R1951 ACL - admins cannot add refills/payments

Hi, (thanks for updating the forum, I can now login!)

Gave sub-admins rights to view customers and billing tabs to manually add refills for clients.
(also have edit-delete/refill/payments/customers) also ticked in ACL.

Once they are logged in, any 'add payment or add refill' page is blank,

I could have sworn this worked on around R1935 last week when I first set this up but I could have been mistaken.

it s fixed in the last revision 2004.
Btw, next time you are sure it s a bug, go ahead and open a ticket on Trac.
