Cant seem to "create a payment method."

Followed instructions in the doc file "a2b_payment_module..." as well as info found here.

The only step in the doc file I could not execute was

"3. Run the Database Scripts given in the A2BCustomer/lib/epayment/Database Directory."

This "/Database" directory does not exist in that folder (even checked the source in trac as well as an old 1.3.4 install"

Other steps I tried, uncomment the line $this->enabled = true; in file paypal.php, toggled multi payment option in epayment_method section, and other changes suggested on this forum

-Running trixbox 2.6.2/1.4 fresh install of a2b 1.4 now running R1951

new to a2b however.

Still stuck on this. This is the particular 'payment detail' screen (from someone elses's pre 1.4 install) that I cannot get to appear in 1.4.

I just did a another fresh install of 1.4. It still does not appear. What specifically do I have to turn on to view the detail screen below?

Edit: If it helps, when I enter
Code:
http://x.x.x.x/a2billing/admin/Public/A2B_entity_payment_settings.php
directly in browser I get: "Payment module ID not found"

I just tested this quickly and it seems to work fine for me.
I will try again later on a fresh install.

Just wondering if you were able to test this out on a fresh install. No rush however. Thanks. I'll try the latest R

I am also getting the error 'Payment module ID not found' and don't see a method on how to clear it. I am running a2b-1.4. I have been also trying to get Paypal as the only payment method how do I clear moneybookers and plugnplay from the customer web interface?
