I'm raising this one because each time I alter a customer during my testing, it comes back....

form: A2B_entity_card.php?form_action=ask-edit&id=1

the field timezone is not properly read from the database, and is always repopulated with default value. so when you need to edit another parameter, you end up setting up also the timezone to GMT-12... (unless you re-enter it)

I havent put my nose in the forms yet, so sorry, no fix to propose !

Strange I cannot reproduce your issue.

Weird is the word... just retested, and I could reproduce... I re-tested again selecting 'GMT+1 Madrid' time zone (id = 30), and it worked like a charm...

I tried again using GMT-4 /Caracas la Paz, and the bug is back.... the db gets updated correctly (id_timezone=17), but when editing this customer, the form shows the GMT-12...

Does A2B have something against customer in this specific timezone ? ;-)

I've done various tests, and I am totally lost now !!!!

- i've installed latest trunk (2091), copied the files over to /var/www/html/a2billing, changed the ownership & rights
- deleted the db, and loaded it from install script

I can create a customer, and when I edit it, most/all the fields are empty !!!

I've reverted to rev2064.. it works ok with a fresh db (and my old db).
I've tested wih rev2079... it goes blank as well...

Tests done on IE & FF.

I am just about jump thorugh the window... any clue would be welcome...
the /var/log/error contains zip...

I think I found it.... :mrgreen2:

When the configuration entry SERVER_GMT is defined to "GMT+10:00" (initial value from the script), and the customer timezone is set to GMT-4, it works ok.

When the SERVER_GMT is set to "GMT-04:00", and the customer timezone is set to GMT-4, the timezone always appears as GMT-12:00 when editing the customer.

I tested that a few times, and that reproduces the defect each time !
