Duplicate records when importing rates

Hello,

I realized that there is problem when you import your rates form a csv file using Internet Explorer; the records get duplicate and you get two of the same prefix in your rate table.

I tried the same import with firefox and did not have any problems. Does anyone experienced the same problem?

Are you sure that you didn't reload the last page on import ?

I am sure, I tried this on different days and got the same result. I have done this many times with version 1.3 without a problem.

Hello,

I had the same problem using Internet Explorer.

In IE, if you import a .txt instead a .csv file, there is no duplication of rates.

also check that you not have spaces like this:

1 ; 0.1 ; 0.2;

if you have spaces 1.4 will duplicate the rates on import, that not happen in 1.3.

I believe it s due to the carriage return.
I just made a fix in the last export csv on a2billing to handle better the one from windows.

I am entering one rate at a time manually and when I list rates it shows 4 times the same rate I just create only once, but when I go to the database only one record is created for that rate.

Please tell us the OS you use,
the browser and a little sample of files that is failing (no need a 5000 lines files, 10 lines will do good).

Areski, don't know what file you need; IN my case I am entering the rates manually and they get created 4 times, but when I go to my database there is only one record created.

Ok then it s just the show of rates which is wrong.

Which A2Billing version are you running, can you update to last trunk and see if the issue is still there?

Correct, it's just the show of rates what is wrong.
I update to the last trunk 2372 and I still have the same issue. I tried inserting one record directly on cc-ratecard using webmin and it shows 4 times on the web browser.

Hello guys,

I still cannot reproduce this issue, I tried to PM some of you in order to get more information but I still havent got any replies.

If this is a real issue, I will need a clear way how to reproduce it on a new system
or someone providing me access to his system with the issue reproducible.
