Hi,

I have 1.4.1. build 2118
I have one rate card with some rates. Then the provider changes rates, I import new rates to the same rate card, they have effectiveness time starting the moment of import, right?
But the call simulator displays old prices.

Am I doing something wrong?

Note: I did not delete the old rates from the same rate card because I thought they are needed for billing purposes. Is that wrong?

Pity there is no documentation on real-world scenarios of usage of a2billing.

Yes this is a great pity:- viewtopic.php?f=21&t=5762 - 9 views and no replies so far.

You need to disable the old rate tables - take them out of the call-plan.
