Hello!

I use A2Billing - Version 1.4-RC1, downloaded from trunk (release 2130)

I set key server_GMT=GMT+03:00 in system settings.
TIMEZONE key in user settings also - GMT+03:00.
But calldate in callreport in customer ui is '2009-06-24 16:33:44' and calldade in admin ui is '2009-06-24 13:33:44'
In mysql database calldate is 2009-06-24 13:33:44
If i set TIMEZONE key in user settings as GMT, calldate in callreport is shown as '2009-06-24 13:33:44'
I want that the calldate in user interface show exactly as in admin interface.

Please, tell me how to set this keys correctly.

Anyone can explain why customer`s callreport show wrong calldate?
Timezone for server and customer is GMT+03:00.

I just made a fix for this in the last revision 2145.

if you don't want to use the GMT and display the same value that in the DB just set the
Server GMT to 'GMT-00:00'

and same for the client.

Hi,

I have the same problem using A2Billing v.14 RC1. I have set the Server GMT to GMT-00:00 and also set the TIMEZONE for the customer to GMT. However, there is still a difference of +4 hours between the Customer UI and the Admin CDR for the customer (which is the correct time).

I would like to use the revision 2145 but my A2Billing installation is on a production PBX and I cannot afford to mess up the installation. As I said, I am running RC1 which I upgraded to from the Subversion trunk. If I was to upgrade to this revision would I have to upgrade the database as well and risk losing all the call data etc. currently in the database? Or is it as simple as replacing one or two files in the web interface?
