Rate Card

For some reason (just did a fresh install of RC) when I upload a rate card that has worked on previously install RC does not simulate and therefore does not process calls.

There have been numerous changes since the Release Candidate.

Could you please install from a Subversion check-out of the current code.

Have done that twice now and still same issue. I have also used rate cards that worked on the first installs but which do not work now. The system does not simulate and therefore does not process calls.

Please advise.
