When you dial in, the IVR says "enter your PIN number" and then it waits. Shouldn't it say "please enter your card number and pres the pound key"????
My customers are getting confused, because I give them "card numbers" and the IVR is asking for "PIN numbers" and it doesn't instruct to enter pound key afterwads.
