Hi,

I did the french translation of the Agent UI and the Admin UI and I have some problem with them.

On the Agent UI the translation doesn't work and I have to put the message.mo file from the Customer UI in the dir ../agent_ui_locale/fr_FR/LC_MESSAGES/ to have some part of the Agent UI translate in the french.
In order to have everything translate in french I tried to copy from message.po of the Agent UI in the message.po of the Customer UI the parts which are not translate. But it doesn't works.
I also noticed that some part of the admin UI was translate in french so I tried to add by myself the missing part in the message.po file and it doesn't work.

Any help or guidance would be appreciate

PS: I know that I have to do msgfmt message.po in the appropriate dir to update the message.mo file

Hi,

Even if I did complete the french message.po file of the Admin UI I still have some part in English which are not translated.

I did find the source files for some words but when I put it the message.po file it doesn't change anything !

I would like to have an Admin UI totally translated in french if somebody could tell me how I can add the missing things it would be great !

Arnold

You could add the missing text and send it over to me by mail and make sure it s working properly.

Cheers,

It's ok to add the missing part and sent it to you for the Admin UI but the thing is the part that I add by myself the system does not take it in count when I do

msgfmt messages.po

And for the Agent UI I already sent you my messages.po file completely translated but it doesn't take in count by the system too

could you open a ticket about it

best regards

Arnold

Hi Areski
I have same problem with Brazilian, the translation file was fine but some of the text still remains in English.
The weird thing is that Greek shows okay
Either both files PO Brazilian and Greek are UTF-8
I believe it could be a sort of bug because I changed one of the translation that was not showing and it started to show.
