Mass Mail Template Select

Hi,

Trying to select a template for mass mail does not seem to work. When you click the button there is no response. Select buttons for other functions appear to work Ok.

Just checked this on the demo site, and it appears to work

Hi Joe,

Yes, the demo does appear to work. NOTE: If you click on the second page of the demo templates you will get unexpected results. Possible Bug???

I am using the same version as the demo and other pop-ups for selecting items like customer seem to work fine. It is kind of funky I am appearing to have a concern only with loading mail templates.

was this resolved? i'm having issues loading the templates also for mass mail. unresponsive...

Hi,

I am not sure if this was the fix or not. However, when my system was updated, they also updated to php 5.2.6. A few things that where not working for me but appeared to work for others started to work.
