A2billing1.4.1 has not crontjob a2billing_invoice_cront.php! As will be made to the automatic monthly charge of DID?

The file a2billing_bill_diduse.php will only send email to the customer, which file will automatically charge the fee without asking if the DID is reserved to be charged the monthly fee automatically, if he does not want the more he DID have to cancel panel the customer. Thanks
