 Post subject: signuped up user status NEW

Hi everyone,

I have another confusion, when a user signs up, his status is WAITING. And the system sends him an email with activation link when he activates, by clicking on the link, his status changes to NEW in the admin portal.
Now my question is who will change his status to ACTIVATED. I as an administrator can see the new users but shouldn't there be an automated way of doing this. I have been trying to google this but no luck so far. So all the help would be appreciated.

There is a setting to active the user immediately into SYSTEM SETTINGS then select signup!
For security reason, lot of peoples would like to review their customer data before letting access the system.
