Hi There,


I have a question regarding the Agent UI.

I had defined in my configuration to use PrePaid by signup of a customer. I don't want offer Postpay method.

Now I saw in the Agent UI that an agent is able to set or change to Postpay for a customer.


An Agent can in the options "Generate Customers" and "Batch Update" change from PrePaid to Postpay Card.

How can this be prevented?
