 Post subject: notenoughcredit_cardnumber = yes does not seem to work.

Hi,

I have a account with the a credit balance set below the min_credit_2call value.

I have set notenoughcredit_cardnumber = Yes

However, when I try and use the card I just get the response "I do not have enough credit to make the call".

I believe I should be asked for another card with the above conditions set.
