hi joe, thanks for the reply! concerning the balance being greyed out, i totally understand. we were having issues with agents editing the balances of customers. in regards to the importing of customers,somehow it resolved itself
, but to hijack my own thread, after having this issue, when i edit the customer (add caller id for example), the link to the customers interface disappears... i know that come issues occur with not having php 5.2 installed with the new version of a2b, could this be affecting that? thanks in advance!
