did_released - did_paid - did_unpaid were recently added to the database, but only to change the did_unpaid. When I try to edit the "did_released or did_paid" he enters the did_unpaid. First I want to point out that if you are not comfortable with testing or coding, you might not run the 1.4.2-dev
I just made few fixes for the template to be inserted correctly in the DB, I dont see any problems with editing the template.

The monthly charge for DID worked! But the payment of the DID does not appear in "Payment History" in the area of customer. The template was not working because when I updated the database it was with ID 0 in the three options "did" then went into phpmyadmin and changed to 7,8,9 and it worked! Thanks
