Very strange problem getting with ANNOUNCE TIME CORRECTION, Its works sometime and some time not.
It making more worst to understand, because tried with 2 different account. its working fine for one account and not for other how ever call plan is same.
Tested with 2 different account. A and B. Used multiplier 1.5
- number starting from 1 working fine for both account and announcing time 1.5 times. -number starting from 011 is working fine on Account A, On account B getting msg not enough credit to call and then its process call and rings.
Any idea, I have created new call plan and created new rates to test again but result is same as above.
