Could someone help me out with the toll free feature. For some reason it is not working. Here is what I have in my
settings:



Extra charge DIDs extracharge_did 8002191986,888 Add extra per-minute
charges to this comma-separated list of DNIDs; needs "extracharge_fee" and
"extracharge_buyfee" agi-conf1



Extra charge DID fees extracharge_fee 0.02,0.02 Comma-separated list of
extra sell-rate charges corresponding to the DIDs in "extracharge_did" - ie
: 0.08,0.18 agi-conf1



Extra charge DID buy fees extracharge_buyfee 0.0185,0.0185 Comma-separated
list of extra buy-rate charges corresponding to the DIDs in
"extracharge_did" - ie : 0.04,0.13 agi-conf1



PNL Pay Phones report_pnl_pay_phones (8002191986,0.02,0.06) Info for PNL
report. Must be in form
"(number1,buycost,sellcost),(number2,buycost,sellcost)", number can be
prefix, i.e 1800 webui



PNL Toll Free Numbers report_pnl_toll_free
(8002191986,0.0185,0.02),(1800,0.0185,0.02) Info for PNL report. must be in
form "(number1,buycost,sellcost),(number2,buycost,sellcost)", number can be
prefix, i.e 1800 webui



The company I buy the DID passess it as "8002191986" (no 1 in front). I am
able to call using the toll free number but there is problem with the
billing. It does't charge extra 2 cents. What might be the problem?

Could you also tell me how to set up an extra connection charge for the
people using Payphones? Is there a way the system detects if someone is
calling from a pay phone? How to configure it so the system charges extra
$.0.85 for instance?
