Generate Cards option in Agent Interface

Generate cards option is Agent Interface doesn't work. Its keep showing : "Choose the number of customers that you want generate!" even when the number of cards have been chosen from drop down Menu.

Have this problem too on IE browser but on Firefox it is OK. It is browser compatibility issue.
