Hi

I have tried installing a2billing 1.4.1 and upgraded to 1.4.2 numerous times but having a problem adding rates and customers. get the message that the rates have been added and the customers added however the message is in red and the rates and customers are not inserted. Adding a call plan,providers,trunks etc work fine.

Is there possibly something wrong with the php code?

If you look inside your database, does what you have added exists?

Check your php error's. If your using CentOS and havent changed any php options then the log should be under /var/log/ and open up the "messages" file in vi or nano and look for any errors.

I have the same problem using Version 1.4.2.1 No errors logged in the messages file. Any other suggestions welcome

Edit: having re read the post my problem is slightly different.
I get the error message: Your new Card hasn't been inserted.
Strangely though it does generate sip/iax settings as would be expected if card was generated.

Apologies for posting incorrectly

Thanks

I have CentOS 5.4 , Elastix 1.6-13 , Mysql 5.0.77 and A2billign 1.4.4.1 installed and faced same issue as other reported

Generate customer were not working
Adding single customer was not working and giving following error

Your new Card hasn't been inserted

Adding rates not working and giving following error

Your new Rates hasn't been inserted

as I have mysql version mysql 5.0.77 , I run following commond

bash# mysql_upgrade -u root -p
bash# mysql -u root -p
mysql> grant all privileges on mya2billing.* to 'a2billinguser'@'localhost' identified by 'a2billing';
mysql> flush privileges;

for older version of mysql below 5.0.19 use mysql_fix_privilege_tables instead of mysql_upgrade

And it worked for me , please change your settings accordingly

Cheers
