I got $1 in account. The DID monthly charge is $2.
It says the balance remaining is -1usd, when it really is still $1.
It WOULD be -1usd if the DID was taken out, but it isn't. The number will get released if they dont pay the invoice.
I think that is misleading to the customer saying there balance is -1usd...

here is the email:

BALANCE REMAINING -1 usd

Your credit is not enough to pay your DID number (5733785454), the monthly cost is : 2 usd

You have 01 days to pay the invoice (REF: 200900000015 ) or the DID will be automatically released

I see it in the email.
The account doesnt get decremented actually, but the email says it did.

Also, on the invoice it said he DID would be released in 1 day, but its been 3 days and the DID still has a destination set to that customers SIP phone so I dont think the system released it like it said it would...

Hi,

Did this bug get resolved. I currently have the concern with a customer.

After the e-mail, the customer put more money in thinking the system would deduct the amount owed but it did not. Also, I cannot find the invoice number in either the admin or the customer side to manually pay it.

Kind Regards,

Les
