Hi guys,

I found something in v.1.4.2.1 that is very odd and I can only describe it as a bug. Here is the situation. Attaching screenshot of filtered rates

1. A client has a balance of 4 EUR
2. His Call Plan has 2 RateCards using 2 different terminations
3. When calling a number to Spain 3491xx A2B starts checking the rates using LCR and the first destination that comes up as 349 has sell price per minute of 5.0 EUR. There are other options to that destination with prices of 0.012, and even specific rate that has more correct prefix 3491xxx, but A2B will stop here and play a message "not enough credit to dial destination"

Now why would A2B stop there and play that message before checking other rates included in that CallPlan?
