Hi,

If I am reading the documents correctly and I might not be.

If I go Billing > Charges > Extra Charge and set up a one time extra charge for a customer, the charge should reflect in the customers account. This does not seem to work.

Kind Regards,

Les

Les,

I've had this problem since I started with A2B 1.3.4 and now I find the same problem in 1.4.4.1.
If you have a solution for this problem. please share it with us.

Thanks,

Robin.

Hi Robin,

I have no solution.

Actually, I find some things just redundant and confusing.

Example would be the: Billing > Charges > Extra Charge > CHARGE TYPE > Monthly Charge For DID Use.

Should I use this instead of or with the MONTHLY RATE with setting up a DID.

I can just set them and see what happens. However, if nothing happens I do not know if it is my lack of knowledge or a bug.

I guess that puts me full circle to my first post :)

I was hoping to get a better understanding of this in order to add comments to Joe's A2Billing invoicing - proposed work flow thread.

Kind Regards,

Les

Les,

Thanks for your response. I just don't understand the reasoning behind the Extra Charge if it does nothing but add an entry in the database. I thought it was my configuration from 1.3.4 but I did a fresh install and same problem. I'll keep digging into it.

Kind Regards,

Robin
