I suspect I made a mistake during database upgrade from rc1.4 to 1.4.4.1, but I think I did everything according to the instructions:
mysql -u mysqluser -p citivoice_dbname < UPDATE-a2billing-v1.4.0-to-v1.4.1.sql
mysql -u mysqluser -p citivoice_dbname < UPDATE-a2billing-v1.4.1-to-v1.4.2.sql
mysql -u mysqluser -p citivoice_dbname < UPDATE-a2billing-v1.4.2-to-v1.4.3.sql
mysql -u mysqluser -p citivoice_dbname < UPDATE-a2billing-v1.4.3-to-v1.4.4.sql
mysql -u mysqluser -p citivoice_dbname < UPDATE-a2billing-v1.4.4-to-v1.4.4.1.sql

I see that customer Call History shows Cost 0.00 for all the calls, while customer balance changes correctly. Please check it, maybe it is a bug.
