I wasnt and still not very fond of the agent feature however i am reporting this bug for those that do like it and use it.

An agent can refill his own account without making payment to his boss or the guy hes reselling for by giving a Card Account a negative payment like -100 instead of 100. This can be done in any amount. When doing so the amount of the negative payment will be added to the agent's account balance giving the agent the ability to applie the same credit to any customer of choice (who might be him-herself) who inturn can run up a huge bill.

Technically speaking an agent can rip off the his provider in any amount doing the above.
