I see the package offer system has returned to its origins by just letting apply ONE package offer to a customer.

Until 1.4.4.1 i could Group in just one big package two or more different free minutes plans for a customer.

I had a package offer of 200 minutes to call fixed numbers of Dominican Republic and in another package I set an offer of 150 minutes to call any number in USA that I grouped in a single package called "DOMREP200+USA150"

Now, I can't do that!! I am forced to offer a single package for the "Group" option is gone from the Package Offer menu. I find this a bug unless it can be done differently now.

Please help, I've already sold this package and right now it's either 200 mins to Dominican Republic or 150 to USA but not the both of them at once like in version 1.4.4.1

Yes, I rolled back cause this features never worked correctly in the past, after a review I find many bugs on the implementation so I decided to go back to something that work, if you were using this features earlier, I can ensure you the calculation wasn't correct.

For now, it s better to have something working correctly than something going wrong.

The problem is that I have just offered that kind of hybrid package offer to 5 customers.

What can i do as a solution to avoid problems with them? Right now I am forced to add 3 USD to their accounts to achieve that goal but that is not the real solution..

You can still use the previous version if you like,
but as said this features didn't work correctly.

The real solution will be to invest some R&D to implement it fully.

Alright Areski, I understand.

I asked my customers to settle for a single package of 250 minutes for calling fixed phones of Dominican Republic for $30 a month and the rest will be charged per minute. Thanks god they understood it would cause an administrative problem with the billing platform and agreed to have that service.

It'd be nice if for future releases you can allow a combination of "mini packages" encapsulated in a big one for It would make that feature very powerful and useful (e.g. 500 mins for fixed phones in Colombia or 150 minutes for Colombian cell phones and such)
