Hi

I have been running a2billing for a while now and everything has been working great. I have been using a cloud server and thus I am able to scale up or down as needed. The agi was working correctly and was being loaded quited quickly when an inbound call came into the server. I have now scalled my server up by increasing the CPU as well as the RAM capacity. The problem is that when inbound calls come into the server the agi loads very slowly when viewed from the CLI and it takes a few seconds before the welcome message is played and the destination number is requested. I would at takes around 7 seconds from the time the call is recognised by the server to the time the welcome message is played. Therafter it takes another 8 seconds before the destination number is requested (I use caller id auth so no pin). The agi script is loading so slow that I can basically read quite a bit of the of the agis cript which in the past was not the case at the script when viewed on the CLI just scrolled down the screen quite quickly.

I need to sort this out asap as the customers are getting quite frustrated as they are being charged by their service provider to my DID. i have not change anything on the server except for scalling it upward. Iam using g729 pass thru and all the audio is in g729 and has never been a problem before.

Please provide some insight as to how this may be resolved. I have had asterisk logging on before but never caused a problem

Thanks

Hi

Not sure what is going on, but check the processor loads.

Also turn off the logging in the agiconf.
