Using the Billing > Charges function. The help at the top of the page indicates "Extra charges allow the billing of one-off or re-occurring monthly charges. Each charge that you create for a user will decrement his account." I thought I had used this before and it work. However, it is not reducing the account if I select a one time "Extra Charge". Am I using this function correctly? Is anyone else having this concern? Joe or Areski is this a bug? Kind Regards, Les |
