Post subject: | DID_VOIP calls not being charged Sell Rate |
I have DID assigned to a customer with a selling rate set to 0.01000, but calls to this DID are not getting charged at all. Calls to that DID show up in the CDR as cost=0. I'm using a "VoIP" destination for the DID to route calls within my customer's hosted PBX, so A2Billing is treating the call as a VoIP call, but I'm still paying inbound per-minute. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Andy |

Do a search for billing inbound DID calls. The rate on the DID itself is to charge for your current customers calling this number. It's not meant to charge inbound calls. |

Thanks carlosmp - I did a search and came up with a few mentions of a workaround ("route them through a trunk") but no real outlines as to how to pull it off. Has anyone attempted this, and/or documented it? I'd love a little help and am happy to contribute by documenting the process, etc. I had no idea how much $ I was losing on inbound calls... Andy |
