How can these negative credits be minimized or eradicated, it really bites when it grows near four units in the negative.

One of my customer's pbx was compromised today and a rouge dialer made a huge amount of calls. Strange thing is, that A2b did not stop calls being made past their credit limit. I simply don't know how this happened as it's something that has always been reliable. Anyone have any clues? regards |

I've never seen this where it goes on ad-infinitum, but a small amount of negative credit in these circumstances would be expected before A2Billing stopped the calls. Joe |
