Hi, It seems an Agent can refill a card, but, they will not get their commission by doing so. I believe this is because of commissions being based on payments and not refills. Do new versions of A2B allow agents to ADD PAYMENTS TO CARDS, CREATE ASSOCIATE REFILL, CREATE AGENT COMMISSION, and have the funds come out of the agents balance? Sort of like you can do in the admin panel when listing customers. Kind Regards, Les |

Hi, Unfortunately, the demo does not let me edit and agent. Could anyone using the newest version of A2B tell me if the agent has the ability to make payments to cards assigned to them? Or Does the refill give the agent their commission? Kind Regards, Les |

Hi, After multiple searches I did find that my concerned was address just before the release of 1.4.4 back in Dec 2009. I day after my last upgrade. It seems it might be time to upgrade again.... However, with new releases coming out at a record pace, it can be a pain if your glass is half empty or progress if your glass is half full.  Les |
