Hi, I'm using A2BILLING 1.4 version, and all was working fine, but recently I discovered that when we do calls to some numbers that have IVR, and was necessary send digits to select and option or a extension the dtmf dont pass over A2BILLING, and when the operator answer the call they dont listen us. I try this scenario dialing in asterisk directly and all work fine, If I dial a extension the digits pass correctly or if the operator answerd me she listen me fine. I dont know what could be the problem, and I like that yours could help me to solve this issue. Regards. |

Double posting is considered bad form, as we give our time for free here, and wasting time reading about your problems twice is just annoying. How are you calling the Asterisk trunk in A2Billing, using an IP address, or using the trunk context name? It is preferable to use the context name, as you can set such things as the dtmfmode using the debug facilities in logger.conf may help to find the problem in the full log Joe |

I am currently using the trunk context name in asterisk and I've tried putting the values of dtmfmode with inband, info, auto and it does not solve anything. I don`t know another possible configuration that can prove. thanks |
