No I am talking a modification on the portal. if you have many DIDs broken down by country and then Cities then phone numbers you could have a down box which give you the list of all the countries you select then you have the list of the cities of that country that you have available then you select a city they you have the list of phone numbers available for that city.
that is what I am asking. the data is already there all it needs is coding to do just that.
