I'm working on the french PO File for the Admin UI and I woud like to know how I can set french as default language ?

Any help or guidance woulb be appreciate,

I tried another way and it worked fine !

In admin.define.php I have change 'english' by 'french'. I already tried this way before, but at that time I didn't understood that I had to edit the french po file before.
