Is it possible to allow the agents to see all the clients and perform payments and refills to be deducted from there account. Maybe a parameter to allow or disallow.

Hi,
it doesn't make sense to have such a feature, if you are willing so just make all the customer belong to the same agent.

You can create also ACL access if you want an other admin to manage the system.

Yes I understand and thank you for taking the time to answer. The situation is that the client wishes different agents to be able to refill the other agent's client yet have the refill amount deducted from the refilling agent. Hence, all the agents need to see all clients. Your thoughts.

it s problematic for the commission system, cause we give % to the agent of a customer group if we have many agents, this % will be multiply by the amount of agent.
I don't think you will achieve this with A2Billing.
