Call Reports -> CDRs, allows to browse calls filtered by different criteria. In my opinion the option to browse the calls made by a customer member of group "X" is the MOST important option. You can put customers in the desired group and then you will be able to monitor the calls made by those customer as a whole group. BR -- Juan A Seuc |

Yes, from my part when i´m going to look how money my agents owe me i can not do it by searching for their refills because they have their own tariff, so the only way is grouping they clients and searching CDRs for those calls but thatway i can only see the consumed minutes....there are some options i can suggest to accomplishying this task. If there is someway to do it by some combination of options unknown for me, please teach me. 1. So i can set the fixed rate i give to agents and the system gives me the option of calculating the profit i got from his total sales even when he use diofferent rates for each customer. 2. So i can search (as root) for used AND billed minutes per group, (now i can only see them if i login as my agent and look for cdr resume). And taking into account if the call was billed or not...looking for the min_time_to_bill variable. Thanks for your time, keep up the great work of a2billing |
